You submit a short application telling us about your organization, its size, and what currently isn't working. We review every application ourselves.

Discovery Conversation

A working call to understand your operations, systems, reporting obligations, and leadership needs. We'll be honest about whether we can help and what a good next step would look like.

Proposal & Engagement

You receive a written scope with the recommended service level, deliverables, timing, and fixed monthly fee. No open-ended hourly billing, so clients don't get fee surprises.

Onboarding & Clean-Up

We set up or migrate your systems, correct historical records, and build the chart of accounts, workflows, and controls your reporting will rest on.

Ongoing Partnership

A monthly close on a set schedule, a financial package you can actually read, and a standing conversation about what the numbers mean for what comes next.
